User Agreement (Public Offer)

This Agreement is an official offer (public offer) from an individual with the status of a self-employed taxpayer (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") to any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to conclude a contract under the conditions set forth below. By using the online game "MapHunt" located on the website maphunt.pro (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), the User confirms full acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement without any reservations or exceptions.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Provider offers the User information and entertainment services by providing access to the online game "MapHunt".

1.2. The Game is an entertainment project that provides access to gameplay features and virtual in-game currency.

2. Status of In-Game Currency and Services

2.1. In-game currency and any virtual items have no actual monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or property.

2.2. By paying for in-game features, the User is paying solely for access to additional game content.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. The Provider is not liable for technical malfunctions in the operation of third-party services (Google Maps, Gemini, etc.), temporary interruptions in access to the Game, or any losses incurred by the User due to such circumstances.

3.2. The services are provided "as is." The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Game.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The User makes payments voluntarily, understanding that refunds for digital services are not possible, except in cases explicitly provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.

5. Personal Data

5.1. The Provider processes the User's personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Provider has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without additional notice to the User.

6.2. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

6.3. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Game's website.
