Payment and Refund Policy for MapHunt Online Game

1.1. Paid services in the Game are provided to the User under the terms specified in the description of the corresponding game functionality.

1.2. All payments are made exclusively for access to additional game features, virtual currency, and other in-game capabilities.

2.1. The User makes payments voluntarily using available payment methods on the Game's website.

2.2. Payment is considered confirmed from the moment the Executor receives information about the successful transaction.

3.1. Since the paid services of the Game are digital and provided to the User immediately after payment, refunds for already paid and provided services are not made.

3.2. Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical errors or failures confirmed by the Executor.

4.1. The Executor is not responsible for User errors during payment processing (e.g., incorrect amount specification or wrong service selection).

4.2. The Executor does not guarantee refunds in case of User account blocking due to violation of the User Agreement.

5.1. For any payment or refund related inquiries, the User must contact [email protected]. All requests are considered by the Executor individually.

6.1. The Executor reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without additional notice to the User. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Game's website.
